Deal execution

From first offer to closed deal

Nango is a deal execution platform: client links, recorded negotiation, internal approvals, contracts, annexes, and electronic signing with Nango Sign — one flow from quote to signed contract.

14-day trial — full workspace access before you pay.

Nango — reports

One flow, end to end

What happens between “we sent it” and “the deal is closed”

You send offers from one workspace. Your buyer opens a secure link — no signup required — and can negotiate, accept, or decline inside the limits you set.

Discussion and decisions sit on a single timeline your team can read: when finance or legal asks what was agreed, you answer from the trail — not by searching mailboxes.

Turn the accepted offer into contracts and annexes in the same place. PDFs stay attached to documents in Nango — easy to find without rebuilding folders elsewhere; anyone on the team can download them, from first quote through every amendment.

Approval routes you draw yourself

Branch on rules, notify the right roles, run approvals sequentially or in parallel, including steps where the client can respond before you continue — validate the workflow before it goes live. Romanian and English UI.

draw Electronic signature — native AES under eIDAS · QES via QTSP

Nango Sign

Close the commercial loop with signing in the same workspace: send the contract or annex, signers open the Nango Sign portal, and you keep the signed PDF plus the audit trail.

  • verified AES (advanced electronic signature) under eIDAS — the native Nango Sign path for most B2B deals.
  • workspace_premium QES (qualified electronic signature) is not native to Nango: identification and certificate are with the QTSP partner, in the same portal, on eligible plans.
  • tune The signing module is on plans that include it; QES is enabled on plan + platform (typically Enterprise / on request). Nango is not a QTSP.

AI contract review on eligible plans

Run an assistive review on contract or annex text: summary, attention points, and indicative references to help your team prepare for legal review. Available when your plan and platform settings include the feature; monthly limits may apply.

Outputs are orientative only — not legal advice and not legally binding. Your organisation remains responsible for all contractual decisions.

Try the flow on your next deal

If B2B selling still traps you in email threads, move the whole process into Nango — one flow from offer through to closing each deal.
